Vivo em Lisboa
After staying in a hostel for a week I managed to find a more permanent place. The people in the Alfama Patio Hostel are really nice and helped me in every possible way. It also helped to connect to other people, locals and other students. On Monday, my first night in Lisbon, Ana took me to an Erasmus party where I met a couple of Italians. With one of them I’m still in contact.

Every street is like that. |
You really get recognized as a German when you walk around with a hoodie like that. One
Portuguese girl was in Hamburg with her band once and recognized the symbol.

You can not get further west on the European continent.

Cristo Rei |
Cristo Rei means the Christ King. Build in the same way as the one in Rio in Brasil. It stands on a hill on the other side of the river in Alemada. They must really like that christo guy. I’ve heard that it is some kind of cult or something.

Amazing view over the city |
That’s Ida (a Danish girl I met at the hostel) and me, in Bairro Alto. In the background is the
Castelo de São Jorge. The surrounding quarters forming the oldest part of the city.
People flew up the hills, after the flood, and rebuilt the city on top of them. My flat is on the
Got an Ensuite with a good view towards a wall. 😉

Golden Gate Bridge |
It was build by the same company as the San Francisco – Oakland Bridge. That’s why it looks so similar.
I can’t remember everything I’ve done. I thing the best way to change this would be to write a little everyday before I go to bed. 😉
