Today I actually discovered a real marked hiking trail. This leads past the Rio de Aveiro to the city with the same name.

The biotope of the river was a great change to the beaches I had seen before. There were many storks and pelicans fishing to watch – besides all the anglers who were lounging there in numbers as well.

After a longer lunch break, half way, I walked to the ferry at the port of Aveiro. Since I still had 2 hours, I looked for a café and discovered a beautiful kite school with hostel. There I settled down to something to eat. Everyone here would be very friendly and we immediately got into conversation. It turned out that almost everyone here has been stuck for a while and either help out here at the hostel or stay here to work remotely during the day and enjoy the good company in the evening.
I decided not to take the ferry today and stay one night to enjoy the company.

Somehow it is strange how it sometimes happens that you suddenly meet new like-minded people. If I hadn’t walked around the corner earlier and sat down in the little café in front of it, I would have completely missed the bunch of people at the kite school and now I would just sit on the ferry and look for a place to sleep in the wilderness afterwards.
The 50m now make the difference between being alone and being in nice company.
With security this is all a little bit of the coincidence driven, but condition is first the own four walls to leave
and on exploration tour to go. Now one can certainly bring the objection that also the Internet
offers this possibility, but does one run there actually times completely coincidentally around a corner?
I ask myself how one could take the coincidence there further under the arms to meet new people?
