      Yes, Jens. You are right when you said that people are sometimes in auto play mode. They no longer see how their non-activity is taking a toll on their bodies and therefore affecting their health as well. Thank you for sharing a great exercise routine, pretty sure a lot of people will benefit from it. Perhaps, some could also entertain the idea of just starting things off with walking or running to get things going. Awesome post man, will share this to my readers!

        Hi Steve, great that you like what I do! I'm putting together a workout plan right now. I hope that this will support my readers even more in starting to workout.
