      Nice article, again :) Just a question or a hint. I would be quite interesting for the calory-calculator from Wolfram, to have an overview what it means to be ligthly active for example compared to very active. Maybe you can add some examples. Thanks and continue :-) Simon

        As I described before, it is no exact science. The links below give a better understanding of the calculation and what the different levels of activity mean.
